IMMERSIVE VR EXPERIENCES

Allow around 30 minutes for your visit, including check-in, preparation, the safety briefing, headset setup, and the immersive VR experience.

No previous VR or gaming experience is needed. Our team will explain how the experience works and help you get comfortable before your journey begins. No handheld controllers are required.

Available languages include Vietnamese, English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin Chinese.

Awra is recommended for guests aged 8 and above. Children must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult. Babies, strollers, and baby carriers are not permitted inside the immersive experience area.

Some guests may feel dizzy or uncomfortable during VR. A seated option may be available for guests who need it; please discuss this with our team before your session. If you feel uncomfortable during the experience, stop and notify a staff member.

You can buy tickets on site, subject to session availability. We recommend arranging your visit in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Booking changes depend on your ticket conditions and session availability. Cancellation and refund eligibility follow the terms provided when purchasing your ticket. Contact Awra as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your visit.

Yes. Awra welcomes friends, families, school groups, company outings, and private groups. Contact our team in advance for larger groups so we can discuss session availability and arrange your visit.

Awra is located at Alma Resort Cam Ranh in Khanh Hoa, Vietnam. Awra is open daily from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session for check-in, headset fitting, and the safety briefing. Late arrival may affect your entry because sessions need to start on time. Contact Awra as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. Heels are not recommended, and hats or caps may affect headset fit. We recommend leaving bags, phones, smartwatches, and other loose personal items at the ticket counter before entering the experience.

Personal photos and videos are allowed in designated areas. Please ask permission before including Awra staff. Flash, tripods, and professional photography equipment require prior management approval.

The experience may not be suitable for guests with epilepsy, serious heart conditions, severe motion sensitivity, vertigo, or medical conditions that may be affected by immersive visual content. Pregnant guests should consider their own comfort and safety before joining, as the experience involves walking while wearing a VR headset and may include immersive visual effects.

Guests with reduced mobility should contact our team before visiting to discuss wheelchair access, seating, and any support they may need. A companion is recommended where assistance is needed. Cane use may not be suitable inside the immersive experience area.

Most guests can wear prescription glasses with the VR headset, and guests wearing hearing aids may join. Our team will help adjust the headset before your session. Please tell us if you need assistance with the fit.

Audio storytelling, sound, and atmosphere are part of the Awra experience. Subtitles are not currently available, so some story elements may be less accessible to deaf or hard-of-hearing guests. Contact our team before booking to discuss what to expect.
